Heat ½ tbsp oil in a skillet over medium. Sauté onion (3 min), add garlic, chipotle, cumin, paprika. Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 8–10 min until thickened. Season.

Tortillas:
Brush tortillas lightly with oil. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high. Cook 1 min per side until crisp. Set aside.

Eggs:
In the same skillet, add remaining oil. Fry eggs sunny-side-up (3–4 min) until whites set.

Assemble:
Place 2 tortillas per plate. Top each with black beans, 1 egg, salsa, avocado, queso fresco, and cilantro. Serve with lime.
